Meal Plan
It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
Eating clean and healthy is not as bad or boring like people would probably think. I still eat regular foods but I have substituted ingredients for not the same taste but better. You should join LIU for your meal planning needs.
Breakfast
-2 boiled Eggs
-A small bowl of fruit or oatmeal (rolled oats)
-Turkey bacon or half of a chicken breast
-Smoothie packed with veggies, fruits, and herbs or
_Homemade Infused Water
Lunch
1/2 cup tuna
1 cup cottage cheese
1 piece of toast
Black coffee or tea
Dinner
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
Snack
-1 Fruit
-Almonds, Cashews, or Pistachios
-Smoothie
