  • Eat Whole Foods

  • Avoid Processed Foods

  • Eat Balance Meals

  • Limit Added Fats, Salts, & Sugars

  • Eat 5-6 Meals Per Day

  • Don't Drink Your Calories add them with your meals

 

 

I decided that I wanted to look better and feel better so I started researching on how I could lose the weight and keep it off. This year will mark my sixth year of maintaining my 100lb weight loss.  LIU is here to share the strategies used to lose the weight and maintain the weight loss.
